It essentially declared war against war, countering the absurdity of the establishment's descent into chaos with its own kind of nonsense.

COLONIAL HEIGHTS - The Kingsport Community Band will play a selection of classic favorites for brass and woodwind on the back lawn of the Colonial Heights Branch. Free to attend. Bring your own camp chairs, blankets, refreshments and or other seating. No reservation required.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
