Friends of the Library

The Friends of Sullivan County Public Libraries is an association of persons interested in all libraries within Sullivan County working to support the aims and services of the County and School libraries by providing volunteer hours and financial support for library materials, programs, and services.

Friends of the Sullivan County Public Libraries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

How can you get involved? Join the Friends for as little as $5. Your friendship supports library services and programs for your community.

As a Friends member, you get first access to preview and shop some of our amazing events like holiday markets and book sales.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our Library depends on volunteer help from community members like you!

Volunteer opportunities can be on a regular schedule or a temporary basis and may fulfill college or court-appointed service hours. All volunteers will receive training and have access to a library employee who can answer questions.
