Terry Shaw of Howling Hills Publishing will be at the library to talk about the local ghost stories included in the three anthologies he’s published. The books include 23 Tales: Appalachian Ghost Stories, Legends & Other Mysteries; 24 Tales: More Appalachian Ghost Stories & Mysteries and this year’s 25 Tales: Even More Appalachian Ghost Stories & Mysteries.
