Come have fun with your friends at the SCPL at Camp Placid in Blountville to celebrate the end of another successful summer reading! We’ll award prizes (don’t worry if you can’t make it to the celebration, you can pick up your prize at your local branch). There will be hotdogs, swimming, crafts, face painting, fishing and more! You must register by July 28th to participate. Call your local branch to RSVP!
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
