Our theme this week will be construction: how people work TOGETHER to build things. We will read books about construction, and create our own construction vehicles from felt and paper. Older kids can build with clothespins, clips, and craft sticks.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
