Every Monday and Wednesday (Except Martin Luther King Jr. Day) at the Colonial Heights branch we will be offering Living Well with Chronic Conditions. Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-course evidence-based group education program that teaches practical skills to live well with various health conditions. Through weekly
sessions, the workshop supports continuing normal daily activities and dealing with emotions that arise from chronic conditions. This is a FREE course, but
registration is required. The registration deadline is December 31st, 2023.

The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
