An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Friday, repeating until October 31, 2023
Kids’ Classics Book Club will be reading Judy Blume’s Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing during the month of October. Elementary age kids are invited to join this book club where each month we will read and discuss a classic children’s book. Can’t make it to the library for the book club? Join online via Zoom by calling the library at 423-279-2714 by Wednesday of the week to receive a link.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
