Colonial Heights: Sullivan County Health Dept. Flu Vaccine Clinic at the Library
Event Description
Get a free vaccine courtesy of the Sullivan County Health Department! Their mobile vaccination clinic will offer free flu vaccinations inside our study room from 10:30am to 1:00pm. Please bring insurance card if applicable. Vaccines will still be provided at no cost to individuals without insurance. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present for minors to receive vaccine. Parents and Legal Guardians must bring photo ID. **If not natural parent, please bring legal guardianship documentation**
