Kids’ Classics Book Club will be reading The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster during the month of January. Elementary age kids are invited to join this book club where each month we will read and discuss a classic children’s book. Can’t make it to the library for the book club? Join online via Zoom by calling the library at 423-279-2714 by Wednesday of the week to receive a link.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
