Join us at the Thomas Memorial branch for Chair Yoga with Noah. Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga focused poses. Noah from the UT Extension Office will be leading this course.
No reservation required. This class does take place in our basement which may be difficult for some due to stairs.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
