Have you heard of the Philadelphia-born St. Patrick’s Day treat, Irish Potatoes? These fun festive treats are not, in fact, potatoes, but a creamy, coconutty filling coated in cinnamon. The filling also doubles a a great center for easter eggs, coated in chocolate! We’ll learn a little bit about the history of this niche treat before making a batch of both for participants to enjoy.
