We’ll be taking a field trip to Creation Kingdom Zoo in Snowflake, Virginia. If you are a registered Summer Reading Participant and one of the first to sign up, we’ll pay your way in. You must join us at this date and time at the zoo to gain entry. Call your local branch to sign up.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
